Postdoc Surveys and Results
2000 UC Davis Postdoctoral Scholars Survey
In 2000, the Postdoctoral Scholars Association (PSA) conducted a survey of the UC Davis postdoctoral trainee population. The purpose of this survey was to determine what postdocs want from their training, what salaries and benefits were being offered to postdocs, what kind of role postdocs expected the PSA to play in their postdoctoral training experience, and other information that may be useful for improving postdoctoral training at UC Davis. The results of this survey are in the 2000 Survey Report file below.
We would like to thank all the postdocs who participated in the survey and the Office of Graduate Studies for their generous assistance in the analysis of the data and in the formulation the final report.
